Jeremy Anderson founded The Anderson Search Group after blazing a trail in the banking recruiting industry with a Grand Rapids, MI firm. He attributes his success to being focused on customer needs and delivering solutions that meet their needs. Anderson has an outstanding record helping clients achieve their goals.
Anderson was a recipient of the MRI Pacesetter Award in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, and qualified in 2011, consistently ranking among the top 10% of the 5,000 MRI recruiters. He played an integral role in identifying and filling several key management positions with one of the fastest growing banks in the Midwest.
More recently Jeremy has focused his work in markets spanning from San Francisco to the entire state of Texas to Denver to the Greater Washington Area. In the past 18 months, Jeremy has helped three different financial institutions add immediate impact players in two states and three markets by lifting out four different teams.
Jeremy is a graduate of Central Michigan University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising and Public Relations. Jeremy, his wife, Sarah and their daughters Hudsyn Elizabeth and Finnlie Frances reside in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He enjoys coaching both daughters in basketball, golfing and running with his wife and is a season ticket holder for University of Michigan football. Go Blue!
