The ideal candidate should possess:
- Formal Credit Training
- 10+ years commercial banking experience, with 5+ years calling in the Dallas and surrounding markets
- Ability to open doors directly into companies with $50 million to $500 million in annual revenues
- Ability to develop new clients, C&I loans, and ancillary fee revenue using centers of influence in and around Dallas
