Role You Will Play
- Tasked with building and leading a world class residential mortgage lending division from the ground up
- You will be asked to operate in a matrixed environment partnering with all areas and channel partners of the bank
- You will have the full resources and total support of the bank from the CEO down
- You will report directly to the CEO of the bank
Experience and Qualifications
- 15+ years residential mortgage lending experience with at least 5 years in leadership spanning multiple states
- Proven track record for building a successful and profitable residential mortgage lending line of business with full P&L responsibilities
- Successful Experience hiring and leading top sales managers, top producing mortgage loan officers and operations staff
