Description

The Anderson Search Group has been engaged by an $8bn+ repeat client bank with an 8 state footprint to identify a Managing Director Equipment Finance.  This is a producing leadership role and comes with an already built out portfolio management and loan closing team as well as a $320MM loan portfolio.  The Anderson Search Group knows this bank extremely well having placed the head of specialty lending, which this role reports to, as well as multiple specialty lenders on this team.

The Ideal Candidate Shall Possess:

  • 7+ years equipment finance and transportation lending experience focused on truck/trailer, marine, rail, crane/rigging, heavy construction/yellow iron, aviation with experience with relationships from $5MM to $40MM in size
  • This is a national lending platform
  • Excellent business development and credit skills
  • Ability to produce and lead
  • Proven track record for generating $70MM+ in typical lending climate - goal for the remainder of the year in current climate would be $25MM+
  • Client does not do leasing
