Description

$1.3bn bank has engaged The Anderson Search Group to identify a Senior Lender to serve as Market President and lead the Irving, Texas Market as they expand across Texas.  This is a producing leadership role and will also have responsibilities for profitability of one branch.  This bank brings a common sense approach to credit and has an appetite for CRE, C&I, and Construction - no raw land deals.

Ideal candidates should possess:

  • 7+ Years Commercial Lending Experience and 2-3 Years Leadership Experience Minimum
  • Ability to source new loans using your own network and centers of influence
  • Ability to generate at least $25 million to $30 million in new loans annually - Client will do loans up to $18 million and then participate them out - average deals are $5 million to $10 million
  • Solid credit skills
  • Community involvement in and around Irving, Texas
