The Anderson Search Group has been retained to identify a Private Banker for one of the Top Regional Super-Community Banks in the nation. This is an opportunity to help build the private banking market in Dallas for an organization with an amazing culture and nimble credit process to compete with big banks but without the big bank headaches.

The Ideal Candidate Shall Possess:
- 7+ years business development and relationship management experience with HNW/UHNW individuals and families in the Dallas market
- Extensive external network connected to the pockets of wealth in the Dallas market - must be able to open doors for the bank
- Credit Training and Custom Credit experience preferred but not required
- Proven ability to bring in not just loans and deposits, but also fee based wealth management business as well
