The Role You Will Play:
- You will inherit a great book of business to retain and expand - approximately 150+ clients and under penetrated
- You will utilize your internal referral network of financial centers, wealth advisors, and commercial bankers to add loans and deposits
Ideal Candidate Shall Possess:
- Formal credit training or experience in high-net-worth custom credit strongly preferred
- 3-5 years business development experience in wealth management focused on high-net-worth clients over $1 million in net-worth leading with planning, trust/estate-planning, credit or investment management
- Entrepreneurial mindset and work ethic
- Extensive network in San Antonio able to refer you to HNW families
