$30bn+ Super-Community Bank has retained The Anderson Search Group to identify a Senior Vice President, National Director of Healthcare to be based in Kansas City, MO.  If the ideal candidate is not currently in Kansas City, relocation would be required.  This individual will develop and manage a holistic approach to key healthcare strategies while influencing the Client’s overall healthcare strategy and growth across the Commercial Bank.  You will leverage your experience and knowledge of leading teams in a matrixed business structure to drive a strong collaborative culture for growth.  Our client has been named among America's Best Banks by Forbes for 13 consecutive years and during the last 15 years, their annualized total shareholder return was 10.3% compared to the NASDAQ Bank return of 4.7%.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 15+ years of Healthcare Leadership experience
  • Strong Sales leadership experience in a B2B environment with developed and wide-reaching network of industry relationships
  • Proven track record growing $40+mm contribution business within end to end business model
  • A leader with proven track record of managing large teams in a matrixed environment with success developing talent and growing leaders
  • Evidence of effectively influencing internal executive-level stakeholders and clients/prospects across the industry
  • M&A and strategic partnership experience
  • Experience with Richardson (or comparable consultative selling model) and cloud-based CRM like
  • Interest and knowledge of the complexities of the Healthcare Commercial Payments industry
  • A proven track record of success in establishing and developing new commercial markets and partnerships
  • Strong business development and interpersonal skills to accelerate revenue growth and drive change
  • Ability to create high performing teams and successfully lead initiatives, projects and activities in a complex, matrixed organization
