The Ideal Candidate Shall Possess:

  • 10+ years experience in trust and estate planning
  • CTFA designation preferred
  • Experience leading a fiduciary team
  • Must have proven ability to be client facing
  • Must have proven track record for deepening and expanding existing relationships
  • The ideal candidate must office in downtown Wilmington at least one day per week
