Description

The Anderson Search Group has been retained by a multi-billion dollar REIT to identify a Vice President, Research & Credit Underwriting in the Tampa Market.  This role is part of the leadership team and will have two direct reports.  Our client has been named Best Places to Work in Tampa, offers a flex work week where you only have to be in the office Tuesday through Thursday, and unlimited PTO.  Please let us know if you would be interested in confidentially exploring this fantastic leadership opportunity.

The ideal candidate shall possess:

  • 10+ years experience in commercial real estate credit, preferably with an emphasis in healthcare - medical office building, post acute care and inpatient rehab facilities
  • Formal credit training and experience as a portfolio manager in commercial real estate
  • Experience leading credit analysts or underwriters
  • Stellar communication skills and ability to present to executive management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, MBA preferred
