About the Opportunity

Our client is a respected regional bank with a growing Wealth Management platform focused on delivering highly personalized advice to affluent, high-net-worth, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and multi-generational relationships.

Unlike traditional brokerage models, this team operates in a holistic, fiduciary-first environment where Wealth Advisors partner closely with Portfolio Managers, Private Bankers, Commercial Bankers, Trust Officers, Financial Planners, and Estate Specialists to deliver comprehensive wealth solutions.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced fiduciary professional who enjoys serving as the trusted advisor to clients while leveraging the resources of a collaborative wealth management team.

In select markets, advisors will have the opportunity to inherit an established book of business while continuing to grow through internal referral partnerships and external centers of influence.

Position Summary

The Wealth Advisor serves as the primary relationship manager for affluent and high-net-worth clients, coordinating comprehensive wealth strategies across investments, trust, estate planning, tax planning, business succession, private banking, and philanthropic planning.

Rather than operating as a product salesperson, the Wealth Advisor acts as the quarterback of the client relationship, bringing together internal specialists to deliver customized solutions aligned with each client's long-term objectives.

Business development remains an important component of the role, with significant opportunities generated through referrals from Commercial Banking, Private Banking, Trust, and existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary advisor for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client relationships.
  • Develop comprehensive wealth, estate, trust, tax, business succession, and legacy planning strategies.
  • Partner closely with Portfolio Managers, Trust Officers, Private Bankers, Commercial Bankers, and Financial Planners to deliver integrated advice.
  • Build long-term relationships with attorneys, CPAs, business owners, family offices, and other centers of influence.
  • Deepen existing client relationships while identifying opportunities across the bank's wealth and commercial platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal referral partners to convert opportunities into long-term client relationships.
  • Deliver an exceptional fiduciary-based client experience built on trust and long-term planning.
