$25bn+ Super-Community Bank has engaged The Anderson Search Group to identify the ideal candidate to build and lead a Card Services Division.

Role You Will Play

  • Tasked with building and leading a world class card services division from the ground up
  • You will be asked to operate in a matrixed environment partnering with all areas and channel partners of the bank
  • You will have the full resources and total support of the bank from the CEO down
  • You will report directly to the CEO of the bank

Experience and Qualifications

  • 15+ years card services experience with at least 5 years in leadership spanning multiple states
  • Proven track record for building a successful and profitable card services line of business with full P&L responsibilities
  • Successful Experience hiring and leading top sales managers, top producing card services sales people and operations staff
