Lead the Future of Wealth Management
Our client, a well-established and growing regional financial institution, is seeking an experienced Regional Wealth Manager to lead and grow its Wealth Management business across multiple markets - specifically Houston and Central Texas.
This executive leadership role is responsible for driving business growth, developing high-performing teams, strengthening referral partnerships across the bank, and delivering an exceptional client experience to affluent and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary Wealth Management teams across multiple markets, including Private Banking, Trust, Investments, and Wealth Advisory.
- Drive regional sales growth, profitability, and client acquisition initiatives.
- Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop high-performing Wealth Management professionals.
- Establish performance goals and hold teams accountable for business results.
- Partner with Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, and other internal business lines to maximize referral opportunities.
- Oversee regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational excellence across the region.
- Develop regional business plans, budgets, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Meet with key clients and prospects to support business development and deepen relationships.
- Champion strategic initiatives and ensure consistent execution across all assigned markets.
- Foster a collaborative, client-focused culture centered on excellence and teamwork.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Private Wealth leadership experience.
- Significant experience leading and developing Wealth Management teams across multiple locations or markets.
- Demonstrated success growing revenue, developing talent, and executing strategic business initiatives.
- Strong business development background working with affluent and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
- Experience partnering across Commercial Banking, Retail Banking, Trust, and Investment teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and/or CFP®, CWS, or similar designation preferred.
- FINRA licenses (Series 7, 24, 63/65/66) and Life & Health licenses are preferred.
