$2bn Client Bank has retained The Anderson Search Group to identify a Business Banking Relationship Manager for the Richmond, Virginia Market.  This Client Bank is headquartered right in Richmond and the Business Banking Relationship Manager will have the opportunity to utilize both retail and commercial banking leads to produce new loans.

Ideal candidate should possess:

• 2-3 years minimum small business or business banking experience
• Proven track generating $8 million+ in commercial loans annually
• Self starter mentality to also go out and hunt for new business on their own
• Team player mentality
