Description
About the Opportunity
Our client is a premier regional bank with a rapidly growing Wealth Management platform dedicated to serving affluent, high-net-worth, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and executives throughout the Houston market.
This is not a traditional brokerage environment. The firm operates under a fiduciary-first, team-based model where Wealth Advisors partner closely with Portfolio Managers, Private Bankers, Commercial Bankers, Trust Officers, Estate Specialists, and Financial Planners to deliver comprehensive wealth solutions.
This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned advisor who enjoys serving as the trusted relationship manager for complex clients while leveraging a highly collaborative team of specialists.
Position Summary
The Wealth Advisor serves as the primary relationship manager for affluent and high-net-worth clients, helping them navigate every aspect of their financial lives—from investments and financial planning to trust, estate, tax, business succession, and philanthropic planning.
Rather than focusing on investment product sales, the Wealth Advisor serves as the quarterback of the client relationship, coordinating internal resources to deliver sophisticated, customized solutions designed around each client's long-term goals.
This role offers an outstanding opportunity to inherit an established book of business while continuing to grow through internal referral partnerships and professional centers of influence.
