- 7+ Years C&I lending experience in and around Los Angeles
- Formal credit training and stellar credit skills
- Proven ability to generate their own new business using an external network and centers of influence
- Series 7 and a clean U4
- Elite sales experience and ability to demonstrate a network of COI’s in Houston giving them access to HNW and UHNW individuals and families
- 5+ years wealth management and/or private banking experience
- 5 years minimum C&I banking experience
- Successful track record generating their own loans and deposits from clients and prospects $10 million to $250 million in annual revenues
- Formal Bank Credit Training or Commercial Credit Underwriting Experience
- External network in and around New York to generate new business from
- Clean U4 and Series 7, 6 and 63 or 66, and Life and Health Insurance
- CFP preferred but not required
- Proven ability to have built their own book of business to at least $60 million AUM in fee based business
- Experience with high-net worth clients preferred
- Experience with utilizing internal bank channels and partners preferred
- Oversee fiduciary administration for personal trust accounts, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on administrative, legal, and regulatory matters for trust accounts under management.
- Review and approve key trust documents, including trust agreements, modifications, resignations, and settlement agreements.
- Manage specialized trust administration, such as Directed and Delegated trusts, Special Needs trusts, and Privately Held Investments.
- Chair the Trust Administrative Committee (TAC) and guide discussions and decisions.
- Lead tax compliance efforts, including oversight of tax filings and collaboration with external accounting firms.
- Provide training and continuing education to staff on trust administration topics and best practices.
- Collaborate with compliance and risk officers to ensure audit readiness and address regulatory examinations.
- Represent the division at industry events, build relationships with centers of influence, and support business development initiatives.
- 15+ years Fiduciary Officer/Trust Officer and/or Estate and Trust Planning Attorney Experience
- 5+ years leadership experience
- Experience building a market in Trust and Wealth is strongly preferred
- JD required and CFP/CTFA strongly preferred
