- Formal Credit Training
- 5+ years experience in custom credit/tailored credit underwriting and/or structuring for high-net-worth individuals
- Experience managing a portfolio of custom credit/tailored credits and engaging clients
- 3+ years of successful treasury management sales experience
- Proven track record for exceeding revenue and new deposit goals
- CTP preferred but not required

- Elite sales experience and ability to demonstrate a network of COI’s in Houston giving them access to HNW and UHNW individuals and families
- 5+ years wealth management and/or private banking experience

- 3+ Years of Treasury Management Sales Experience with clients up to $2 billion in annual revenues
- Experience as Corporate and Industrial Corporate Banking Associate/Junior RM
- Goal for 2023 for total production revenue actualized was $1.1 million and he was 156% to goal
- Goal for this year total production revenue actualized is $1.3 million and he is already at $1.4 million
- Supports 11 bankers in commercial and middle market
- Prides himself on being proactive in growing his portfolio

- 25 Years Commercial/Middle Market C&I Experience
- Experience as a bank examiner

- 10+ Years of Wealth Management Experience in the Houston Market
- Average client size is $5 million in investable assets
- Throughout his career he has been successful at winning new wealth management business and gathering AUM
- He brought in $18 million in AUM this past year
- He Brought in $50 million in AUM in 2 previous years
- Opened a Houston office and grew AUM by $300 million in 3 years
- Strong relationships with Attorney’s, CPA’s, Investment Bankers, and Insurance Professionals
Middle Market/Corporate Banking Producing Leader – Phoenix, Arizona
- 22+ Years of Commercial, Middle Market, Mid-Corp, Large Corp Banking Experience in Denver, San Jose, San Francisco and Phoenix
- 13 Years of Middle Market/Mid-Corp/Corporate Banking Leadership Experience
- Target prospects and clients $50 million in annual revenue up to $5 billion+
- Grew revenue by $15 million annually in four years in Denver while solo producing $175 million vs a goal of $65 million in 2012, $110 million vs goal of $75 million in 2013 and $131 million vs a goal of $65 million in 2014
