Client Bank is already well positioned in Dallas and eager to expand into Tarrant County. This is repeat client for The Anderson Search Group having already placed the Head of Food and Ag Lending, the Head of Healthcare, and Commercial Banker with the bank.

- $76 Million - senior secured loan facilities, refinance and growth financing, sole arranger, administrative agent, lender
- $57 Million - senior secured loan facilities, growth financing, sole arranger, administrative agent, lender
- $38 Million - construction and mini perm financing, sole arranger, administrative agent, lender
- $25 Million - senior secured loan facilities, acquisition and growth financing, sole lender
- $12 Million - senior secured loan facilities, acquisition and growth financing, sole lender
- $20 Million - senior secured loan facilities, acquisition financing, sole lender
The ideal candidate should possess:
- 10+ Commercial C&I Lending Experience in Tarrant County
- 3+ Leadership Commercial Lending Leadership Experience
- Deep ties in the Tarrant County Community
- Stellar Credit and Business Development Skills
- Proving Track Record for Growing Portfolios, Teams and Markets
