The Anderson Search Group has been engaged by a repeat client, a client we have placed multiple private bankers and commercial bankers with in multiple states, to identify a Senior Managing Director Private Banking in Houston, Texas. This award winning bank has over $40 billion in assets and a multi-state footprint. Due to an internal promotion, the bank is need of a credit trained private banker extremely connected to the Houston market to lead a team of four private bankers in the Houston Market. This role is true player/coach leadership role and will require some production. There is a substantial book of business to inherit. Leadership opportunities like this in the Houston market don't come around often, and won't be open long.
The ideal candidate shall possess:
- Formal Credit Training or Credit Analysis/Underwriting experience in commercial and/or private banking
- 10+ years private banking experience in the Houston Market
- Proven track record of developing new custom credit/tailored credit, private banking loans and deposits via their own external COI's/network
