The Anderson Search Group has partnered with a national commercial banking organization seeking a Team Leader – Association Banking to lead a distributed team supporting Homeowners Associations (HOAs), Condominium Associations (COAs), and Residential Property Management Companies nationwide.
This role is responsible for team leadership, credit oversight, and growth strategy, with a focus on deposits, lending, and treasury-related services.
Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop a national team of Commercial Relationship Officers.

Drive growth across deposits, loans, and treasury/ancillary services.

Oversee association lending solutions including operating lines, reserve loans, special assessments, and capital improvement financing.

Partner with credit to structure and approve sound association credit facilities.

Review association financials (budgets, reserve studies, delinquency trends, collateral).

Ensure compliance with underwriting standards, governing documents, and regulatory requirements.

Monitor portfolio performance, risk trends, and documentation quality.

Support forecasting of loan production, deposits, and profitability metrics.

Lead targeted business development and market outreach within the HOA/COA sector.
The Ideal Candidate Shall Possess:

10+ years of experience in association banking, association lending, or commercial banking.

Direct experience with HOAs, COAs, and/or property management companies strongly preferred.

Strong knowledge of association governance, reserve funding, special assessments, and cash-flow analysis.

Proven people leader with experience managing teams across multiple markets.

Strong financial analysis and credit structuring skills.

Ability to communicate complex credit concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Proficiency with Excel and standard banking systems.

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
