Description

The Anderson Search Group has been engaged by a repeat customer to identify a Commercial Real Estate Relationship Manager in Miami, Florida. This client is a $70BN+ financial institution with over 100 years of history and a strong presence throughout South Florida’s Commercial Real Estate Market.  There will be a $300 million portfolio to inherit.

The Ideal Candidate Shall Possess:

  • Minimum 5+ years of Commercial Real Estate banking experience
  • Specific experience with multi-family and hospitality ground-up construction desired
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and closing CRE loans and construction financing opportunities in South Florida
  • Experience with construction lending including multifamily, mixed-use, industrial, hospitality, office, and investment real estate projects
  • Strong credit acumen with formal credit training or commercial underwriting experience preferred
