The Anderson Search Group has been engaged by a repeat client and leading bank-owned wealth management organization to identify a Practice Management Consultant to support the continued growth and development of its wealth management platform.

This is a highly visible role that sits at the intersection of advisor development, practice management, onboarding, training, sales enablement, platform adoption, and organizational effectiveness. The successful candidate will partner closely with executive leadership, market leaders, wealth advisors, financial planners, portfolio managers, and support teams to enhance advisor productivity, optimize books of business, improve client experience, and build scalable development programs across the organization.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about coaching advisors, developing talent, improving business performance, and helping build a best-in-class wealth management platform.  The role can be based in either Houston or Salt Lake City.

The Ideal Candidate Shall Possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in wealth management, advisor development, practice management, sales coaching, business consulting, advisor training, or related financial services leadership roles.
  • Deep understanding of financial advisor business models, practice management strategies, client segmentation, and advisor productivity metrics.
  • Experience coaching financial advisors, relationship managers, planners, or wealth management professionals.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management operations, client service models, and advisor growth strategies.
  • Experience developing and delivering training programs, onboarding initiatives, workshops, and educational content.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, advisor technology platforms, and workflow optimization initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Seismic, eMoney, Wealthscape, Envestnet, or similar wealth management platforms preferred.
  • Series 7 and/or Series 66 licenses preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
