Description

The Anderson Search Group is partnering with a rapidly growing direct lender in the alternative finance space to identify a Broker Relationship Manager who will play a key role in expanding and managing the company's nationwide network of broker and ISO partners.

This individual will serve as a strategic point of contact for broker relationships, helping partners navigate the funding process, structure opportunities, and maximize approval and funding success. The ideal candidate understands the merchant cash advance industry, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with existing broker and ISO partners
  • Recruit and onboard new broker relationships through networking, referrals, and outbound business development efforts
  • Serve as the primary liaison between broker partners and internal underwriting, operations, and funding teams
  • Guide brokers through onboarding requirements, commission structures, and partnership agreements
  • Provide timely communication regarding deal status, underwriting decisions, stipulations, and funding timelines
  • Help brokers structure submissions to improve approval and funding outcomes
  • Educate partners on available funding programs, underwriting guidelines, and product enhancements
  • Resolve broker inquiries and operational issues while delivering exceptional partner support
  • Monitor broker production, funding volume, and relationship activity within CRM platforms
  • Identify opportunities to increase production and wallet share from existing partners
  • Collaborate with leadership to execute broker acquisition, retention, and growth initiatives
  • Ensure all broker relationships operate within company policies and compliance standards

Qualifications
Required

  • 2+ years of experience within Merchant Cash Advance, Revenue-Based Financing, Alternative Finance, or Small Business Lending
  • Experience working directly with brokers, ISOs, referral partners, or strategic lending relationships
  • Strong understanding of the MCA sales, underwriting, and funding process
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple broker relationships simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience utilizing CRM platforms and standard business software

Preferred

  • Existing network of active MCA brokers and referral partners
  • Experience with broker onboarding, contracts, and partnership agreements
  • Familiarity with multiple lender programs and funding structures
  • Background in broker relations, account management, business development, partnership management, or channel sales
