BEST-IN-CLASS Super-Community Bank has engaged The Anderson Search Group to identify a Senior Vice President, Regional Executive Community Banking to lead the bank's expansion into the Nashville market. This is a brand new market for the bank and, obviously, a critical and high profile hire. The bank has one branch presently, plans to add another in Brentwood and 2 more in locations to be determined. The Anderson Search Group has made over 10 placements with this bank and knows the bank has a phenomenal reputation and culture!
Ideal Candidate Shall Possess:
- 4+ years of proven success driving sales, loan and deposit growth for multiple retail bank branches
- Deep understanding and network in and around the Nashville market
- DeNovo or new territory retail bank expansion growth initiative experience
- Strong track record in coaching, hiring and retaining talent, and branch operations
