The Anderson Search Group has been engaged by a repeat client, a leading regional banking franchise with approximately $50 billion in assets and over 350 branch locations across the South and Texas to identify a Treasury Management Officer to partner with 20 commercial bankers throughout the Jackson Market. What the Role Is

The Treasury Management Sales Officer (TMO) is responsible for selling and implementing the bank’s treasury management products and services. This position covers the Jackson Metro and Vicksburg markets—a small but densely populated four-county area—with no overnight travel. You’ll partner closely with 20 Relationship Managers, supporting their corporate clients (no retail accounts) that include some of Mississippi’s top institutions.

This role is ideal for a treasury professional who thrives on collaboration and enjoys working within a close-knit market deeply connected to the bank’s historical roots in the state.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Develop new treasury management business and expand existing corporate relationships.

  • Partner with Relationship Managers and Market Presidents to design cash management solutions that meet client needs.

  • Implement a regular calling program to engage with clients and prospects.

  • Work directly with clients to understand their cash flow and provide tailored TM product recommendations.

  • Lead sales efforts to achieve revenue and deposit goals.

  • Collaborate with the Sales Associate and Implementations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client service.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on treasury management best practices.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of Treasury Management experience (sales or onboarding/customer service client facing TM expeirence with sales willingness).

  • CTP not required.

  • Strong communication, consultative selling, and presentation skills.

  • Excellent organizational and relationship management skills.

  • Proficient in treasury and banking systems.

  • Must be able to travel locally within assigned counties; no overnight travel required.
