The Anderson Search Group has been engaged by a repeat client, one of the Top Super Community Banks in the country, to identify a Vice President Customer Care Centers. This role can be based in either Little Rock or Atlanta. The Anderson Search Group has placed well over 10 different executives with this bank and know for a fact, it has one of the BEST CULTURES in all of banking. The Vice President Customer Care Centers will be responsible for delivering superior sales and service results while shaping a progressive customer care culture.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years call contact center management and/or leadership experience required
- Proven, consistent achievement of best-in-class employee engagement scores required
- Solid experience managing, leading, and coaching professionals required
- Comprehensive knowledge of bank products/services and regulations required
