The Anderson Search Group has been engaged by a repeat client, a $70 billion bank, to identify a Commercial Relationship Officer specializing in Association Banking in New York City. This is a client The Anderson Search Group has made six placements within the in last 12 months. The bank is over 100 years old and one of the strongest financial institutions in the country.
The Ideal Candidate Shall Possess:
- 3 years minimum Commercial Association Lending focused on community associations, HOA's, and property management firms
- Successful track record generating their own loans and deposits producing $30 million+ in loans and $30 million+ in deposits annually
- External network in and around New York to generate new business from within the community association banking space
