Description

The Anderson Search Group has been engaged by a repeat client, an affiliate bank of a 100+ year old bank holding company, to identify a Senior Specialty Deposit Relationship Manager for the California Market.  This role will be focused on pure business development and deposit gathering for a new specialty deposit vertical.  Our firm has placed both commercial and private bankers with this bank and we know for a fact there they have a great culture!  Can be based in Southern California, Northern California or Sacramento.

The Ideal Candidate Shall Possess:

  • 3-5 years of documented success in deposit gathering using own external centers of influence and referral sources
  • Track record for exceeding goals in business to business sales using external networks and centers of influence
  • Bachelors Degree
