The ideal candidate shall possess:
- 5 years+ experience managing and growing multiple retail branch locations
- Proven ability to coach branch managers and improve loan and deposit balances of multiple retail locations
- Ability to travel between multiple locations in DFW
- High energy and entrepreneurial spirit
