The Anderson Search Group has been engaged by a $50bn bank, a repeat client, to identify a Treasury Management Sales Manager for their Central Region. This role would drive the sales, revenue and deposit growth of the seven Treasury Management Officers on the team (Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee). The ideal candidate can be based in Little Rock, AR, Monroe, LA, Baton Rouge, LA, Biloxi, MS, Jackson, MS, Tupelo, MS or Memphis, TN.
The Ideal Candidate Shall Possess:
- 5+ years of successful treasury management sales experience
- Sales management/leadership experience preferred
- Proven track record for exceeding revenue and new deposit goals
- CTP preferred but not required
